Pricing

Quote-based pricing,
aligned with your organisation.

Scope is built for the internal tech teams of large European groups and the consultancies that serve them. We do not publish a price list: every deployment is contracted on quote, starting with a structured pilot followed by an annual license calibrated to your context.

How it works

From the first conversation to the annual license

  1. A conversation about your context

We start from your real use cases: the kinds of projects you scope, the teams involved, your security and compliance requirements. This conversation sizes a relevant pilot — not a generic demo.

  2. A structured paid pilot

The pilot runs on a scope defined together, with written success criteria before kick-off. You evaluate Scope on your own files, with direct support from the vendor.

  3. An annual license on quote

After the pilot, the collaboration continues with an annual license tailored to your organisation: teams covered, scoping volumes, contractual requirements. Terms are formalised in the quote and purchase order signed by both parties.

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Write to us at contact@getscope.dev.

Why don't you publish a price list?

Because a Scope deployment depends heavily on your context: number of teams involved, scoping volumes, security, compliance and integration requirements. A single public grid would either be oversized or ill-fitting. A quote aligns the terms with what is actually deployed on your side.

How does the pilot work?

The pilot is paid and structured: a scope defined together (teams, project types), a limited duration and written success criteria before kick-off. You evaluate Scope on your own files, not on a generic demo. At the end of the pilot, you decide on measured results.

What does the annual license cover?

The full product, support, EU hosting and upgrades (models, prompts, features), with no surcharge. The terms — teams covered, volumes, duration, amounts — are defined in the quote and purchase order signed by both parties.

Where is my data hosted and do you have a DPA?

Hosting on Railway EU West + Supabase eu-west-1 Dublin. Prompts and outputs are never used for training: we enforce `provider.data_collection=deny` on OpenRouter, and no-training is a contractual commitment. The GDPR DPA is part of the contractual foundation. Sub-processor list, AI Act risk assessment and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 control roadmap, with no certification claimed, are publicly available on the Trust Center.

How do I get a quote?
