On Team and Business, the price applies to each "contributor" seat (a user who creates or edits scopings). Viewers — colleagues who only read or comment — are free and unlimited. The minimum is 3 seats on Team and 5 seats on Business. You can add or remove seats self-service from the Stripe portal.

Team (€79/seat) covers the needs of consultancies and mid-market internal teams: SSO with Google + Microsoft Entra ID, Confluence/Slack/Linear/Jira integrations, self-service DPA, and business-hours support. Business (€149/seat) adds generic SAML (Okta/Ping/ADFS), detailed audit logs, custom branding, versioned templates, public MCP/API, M365/SharePoint/Teams integration, and best-effort 4-business-hour support. You can switch tiers anytime from the portal.

Enterprise is built for Fortune 2000, consultancies of 300+, and regulated industries (healthcare, finance, defense). On-quote pricing, calibrated to the number of active seats and the annual scoping volume. 2- to 3-year contract, annual only. Includes target SLA 99.5%, FR support within 1 business hour (best-effort), SAML 2.0 SSO, SCIM (Entra, Okta, Google), SIEM-ready audit, yearly shared security audit, enriched DPA, MSA, contractual no-training, model/prompt updates included (Evergreen commitment), direct onboarding with the founder, and optional managed self-hosting.

1 scoping = 1 full pipeline run (brief extraction, clarification plan, scoping document generation). 0.5 scoping = a targeted section regeneration (e.g. "redo the estimation section"). Conversational follow-ups (clarification questions) don't consume scopings. Unused credits don't roll over on Discovery; they roll over on Solo, Team, and Business throughout the subscription period.

Nothing is blocked: you can buy a top-up pack (100, 500, or 2,000 scopings, valid for 6 months) anytime from your billing area. The pack stacks on top of your subscription. On Enterprise, negotiated annual top-ups are available within the contract.

Yes — on Solo, Team, and Business: cancellation and plan changes are commitment-free, from the Stripe portal. Your scopings remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export your documents. Enterprise is a firm 2- to 3-year contract (the 10-20% discount makes up for it).

Hosted on Railway EU West + Supabase eu-west-1 Dublin + Outscale (Enterprise SecNumCloud option, on quote). Prompts and outputs are never used for training: we set `provider.data_collection=deny` on OpenRouter, also a contractual guarantee on Enterprise. The GDPR DPA is signable self-service via DocuSeal on Team and above, and enriched (sector-specific clauses) on Enterprise. Sub-processors list, AI Act risk assessment, and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls roadmap, without claiming certification, are publicly available on the Trust Center.

All listed prices are in euros, excluding VAT. French VAT at 20% applies to customers established in France. For EU B2B customers with a valid intra-community VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism applies. A compliant invoice is issued automatically at each billing cycle.
