AboutA solo project,
built for French IT services firms.
Most existing scoping tools come from US agencies, in English, billed in dollars. Scope is calibrated to the reality of a French IT services pre-sales cycle: consultant profiles, delivery work packages, day rates, RACI, GDPR-native.
Why Scope exists
Scope faster, estimate more accurately, without sacrificing quality.
Today, a serious project scoping in a French IT services firm takes two to three weeks: note-taking, formatting, technical back-and-forth, internal sign-off, proposal, legal review. Meanwhile, the client sometimes signs elsewhere.
Scope brings that timeline down to a few hours, without degrading the deliverable. The AI handles formatting and calculations, you keep editorial control at every step. Your application data is hosted in the EU and your prompts are never used to train models; transfers to our AI sub-processors (OpenAI, Anthropic, operated from the United States) are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the contractual data_collection=deny directive.
Scope is built solo by a technical, independent founder based in France. I have seen up close the hidden cost of pre-sales cycles in IT services firms — from poorly exploited transcripts to proposals delivered on Sunday evening — and I wanted to build the tool I was missing.
Concretely, that means you talk directly to the person who codes, decides on the roadmap and answers security questionnaires. No offshore support team, no Customer Success middle layer, no corporate jargon. If you write to me on a Tuesday morning, you will likely get a reply by the afternoon.
The flip side: no 24/7 SLA, no dedicated IT department, no roadmap committee. If you need contractual guarantees from a 200-person organisation, it is honestly too early for Scope. If you are looking for a well-built tool, evolving fast, with a direct point of contact, we should get along well.
